Board

When you are a small growing business who can you truly talk to when you need impartial advice?

Often in SME’s the boundaries between being the owner, a director and a manager become blurred. They can keep your team focused but who keeps them focused? Sometimes it is a family member or another business owner but often is no one. One of the common issues we find is that business owner finds it lonely because it is rare to be in a trusted environment where they can truly discuss the real issues.

The Board Programme was developed for just these cases. The programme operates from a position of total trust. Each member is carefully vetted to ensure suitability and integrity. So, often business owners can bring total clarity to another businesses issues but cannot see the wood for the trees in their own business. The great thing is that solution can also be used as well in their own business.

Each member has attended the Levels two day workshop and so all members have a common level of understanding and language

Expert facilitators chair the meeting to keep each meeting focused and snappy whilst ensuring that every businesses has the opportunity to bring their challenges to the board.

Team Results Board Programme is suitable for Small Enterprise level. The Board is a fortnightly meeting of like minded business owners. Each member is viewed as a virtual board member of each others businesses and therefore each member presents to their virtual Board.

The main thrust is to build the strong foundations for future growth and the emphasis is on financials, cashflow, KPI’s and increasing profits. In addition marketing and sales are a cornerstone of the meetings. The facilitator ensures that each member understands the concepts and to this end every third meeting is extended to incorporate a suitable workshop. Quarterly planning days are included in the programme.
