I have been with Team Results for 6 years now, I was attracted to the strong vision of the team.

Why do you do what you do?

What has been your biggest challenge to date?

The biggest challenge for me is staying ahead of the game especially in recent years. A fast changing, unpredictable market place has made life very hard for many business owners. I spend a lot of time working on me as a coach so I can continue to help and challenge my clients.

What areas do you specialise in?

I specialise in forming and growing teams to help drive the business forward. I work closely with the business owners to ensure they have all the tools they need to build a great team that will help them to achieve their goals.

What is your personality type?

I have a very strong personality. I am very direct and demanding which I think is a good trait to have as a business coach, it helps me to stretch business owners to achieve their goals.

Biggest frustration in your industry?

My biggest frustration is when business owners bury their head in the sand. I think it is a travesty how many businesses disappear because issues within the business are not addressed promptly.
